Makhana, also called fox nuts or lotus seeds, are the popped seeds of the Euryale ferox plant. They are light, crunchy and naturally gluten-free, which makes them a popular everyday snack across India.
Is Food Delight makhana roasted or fried?
Every batch is slow-roasted, never deep-fried, and then tossed in our seasonings for a light, crunchy bite without the heaviness of fried snacks.

Reseal the pouch tightly and keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight so the makhana stays crisp. Finish within a few days of opening for the best crunch.
